Justin is a shareholder and the founding member of Blackhall, P.C. Justin’s practice focuses on the representation

of U.S. and international bank and non-bank lenders in complex financing transactions, capital raising endeavors and compliance in addition to secondary market and securitized loan products (with a specialization in representing lenders in SBA 504 loan related transactions.

Justin also represents a variety of real estate developers and hospitality owners/operators in all facets of their business. Justin counsels his hospitality and real estate development clients on the acquisition, finance, operation and disposition of real estate assets with a concentration on hospitality and commercial property. He has created several community development and other real estate investment funds and assists his clients with raising capital for real estate project investment. His commercial lending experience is invaluable to his hospitality and development clients because Justin is often able to identify sources of funding for difficult projects.

Justin was born and raised on St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands and currently resides in New Jersey. He earned his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and his B.A. from Syracuse University. He has clerked for the Honorable Shira A. Scheindlin in the District Court for the Southern District of New York, the Honorable Thomas B. Bennet in the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Alabama and the Honorable Thomas K. Moore in the District Court of the Virgin Islands.
